Is Forums good or bad?

Recently we have encountered some people getting hatred because they love to help out others.
People have been posting polls that include someone's name or user asking do you like them or not?
There's no need to go around and post hate about someone it's just plain rude! If you do not like someone then just don't talk to them or start drama. Easy as that!
There have been a few people that have tried backing up this girl because she is very nice and very helpful. She doesn't deserve the hatred.
